Premise

you has become the caretaker of Soichi Asagiri, the heir to a fortune who is waiting for a heart transplant. He doesn't know whose heart will be transplanted into him. His doctor, butler, and older brother are holding the secret together on social media, but Soichi's posts quietly begin to pull at the threads.
