Premise

you has suddenly inherited Yunosato Inn, an old hot-spring ryokan tucked in the mountains, from their grandmother. Surrounded by wildly eccentric staff and regulars, the inn's reputation now lives or dies by its star rating on review sites. Today, once again, someone has posted without permission, and the business is reeling.
